Terms of Use

The Ukrainian version is the primary one.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website shozee.io and the demo of the Shozee (Шозі) app and the Sho (Шо) language understanding model on it. The site belongs to sole proprietor (FOP) Ivan Vasylovych Kurbatov (“we”).

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. What the demo is

• The demo shows how Sho understands voice and text commands. All clients, products, orders and documents in the demo are fictional, except the products you upload yourself (“Your own catalogue…”).
• The demo is not connected to your Shozee account. Nothing you do in the demo is carried out in real Shozee accounts.
• The demo state lives in your browser and is reset with the “Start over” button.
• Sho’s responses and the results in the demo are illustrative only. Sho can make mistakes; do not rely on them in real matters.
• In the demo, the Sho model runs on our server.
• To keep the demo available to everyone, limits apply: the length of text and audio, and the number of requests per minute and per day. When the daily voice recognition limit is used up, the microphone is turned off and text input keeps working.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue the demo without notice.

3. Voice and your data

When you use the microphone, the audio is always sent to Google for speech recognition. We store text and audio only with your consent. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Your own catalogue. You may upload your own product catalogue to the demo. By uploading it you confirm that:

• you have the right to use and share this data (for example, it is your shop’s catalogue, or data you are allowed to share);
• the catalogue contains products only and no personal data: no names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mails or other data of clients or any other people;
• the catalogue contains nothing unlawful or offensive.

We may delete a catalogue that breaks these terms. Without “catalogue” consent it lives only in the server’s memory for up to 24 hours; with it we store the catalogue to improve Sho (Privacy Policy, section 2.4).

You keep the rights to your catalogue. Without “catalogue” consent we use it only so that Sho can parse your commands on it. By giving “catalogue” consent you allow us, free of charge, to store the catalogue and use it to improve and train Sho for as long as that consent stands. You can withdraw it at any time under “My data”, and the stored catalogue is then deleted; models already trained before the withdrawal stay as they are (Privacy Policy, sections 4 and 7).

4. What is not allowed

When using the site, you may not:

• send automated or bulk requests (bots, scripts), scrape the site, or bypass request limits or other protection measures;
• reverse engineer, or try to extract, copy or reproduce the Sho model, its weights, decoder or logic;
• use Sho’s responses to train or “distil” another model;
• abuse the voice feature: deliberately overload it, or send noise or content unrelated to commands;
• record or send other people’s voices without their permission;
• break the law, infringe other people’s rights or disrupt the site.

If you break these rules, we may restrict or block your access to the demo.

5. Intellectual property

Shozee, Sho, the Sho model and the software that runs it, as well as the texts, design, images (including the Shozik mascot) and other content of the site, belong to us or are used under licence. These terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the site as intended.

6. No warranty

The site and the demo are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will work without interruption or errors, or that recognition and parsing results will be correct.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the demo, or from decisions made based on its results. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, or consumer rights that apply in your country.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and update date are shown at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after a change, you agree to the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. A dispute that cannot be settled by correspondence is heard by a court of Ukraine with jurisdiction under the law. This does not deprive you of the protection given by mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, including the right to go to a court of your own country where those rules give it.
